We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance staff to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Director of Environmental Services in ensuring that our community's physical plant - including buildings, grounds, and essential systems - is maintained to the highest standards. Your contributions will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both our residents and staff.

• Maintenance Tasks :
  Assist with maintenance work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and support ongoing upkeep based on the maintenance schedule.
• Room Turnover :
  Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring all areas are clean and functional.
• Groundskeeping :
  Maintain outdoor areas, including porches and courtyards, ensuring they are free of debris and aesthetically pleasing.
• Building Repairs :
  Assist with general building repairs, painting, and upkeep projects.
• Safety Compliance :
  Work in a clean and organized manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment required for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordination and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and physical strength.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the role.
• A positive and professional demeanor with residents, staff, and visitors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or training preferred.
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
