Position Summary

We're hiring Part-Time Site Lead in Dayton, OH

Schedules: Mon-Fri | 5pm-10pm
Location: Dayton, OH 45402

What You'll Do

Assist with Call Offs: If someone can't come to work, you'll help with cleaning their tasks.

Final Walkthrough: Walk through the building to check if everything is clean and good quality. Make sure soap, paper, and toilet tissue dispensers are full. Fix any problems you find.

Keep Things Tidy: Keep janitors' closets neat. Change vacuum bags when needed. Fill chemical bottles for the next cleaning. Rinse out mop buckets and store mops correctly.

Tell Manager About Needs: If we need supplies, chemicals, or equipment, tell your area manager.

Turn Off Lights: Before leaving, make sure all the lights are turned off.

Lock Up: Set the alarm and lock all the doors. You are like the captain of the cleaning team, making sure everything is just right.

What You'll Need

Must be 18+ years old
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment is a plus, but not required - training provided
