Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
** Weekends may be required depending upon the needs of the company**

What You'll Be Doing- Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites with guidance from your Area Manager
- Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations
- Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers
- Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready
- Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service
- Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations
- Shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus
- Strong decision-making skills
- Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam)
- A valid driver's license,
reliable transportation
