Coaching:
You will identify gaps that stifle team member performance, and work with those individuals to improve their outcomes. You will personally train and put your stamp of approval on every new hire.
Maximize efficiency: You will work directly with your GM to review your market’s task assignments in the morning, and again mid‑day to ensure tasks are assigned in a way that is most efficient, and you are plugging gaps where needed to ensure no work orders go un‑addressed.
High leverage work :
Emergencies happen. When they do, you will work closer with Dispatchers and your GM to quickly identify the most expedient path to solve the emergency. When Property Engineers are deemed the best path, you will lead the charge to ensure emergencies are resolved in a timely manner.

Your Productivity :
How much work can each Property Engineer on your team complete in a given week? As a successful PE Lead, your objective is to drive and optimize the productivity of your team, while also completing work yourself.
- A strong background in construction, renovation, or maintenance: 7+ years of renovation, turn, or maintenance experience, including 5+ years of direct, hands‑on experience working on homes.
- A strong background of people management: 5+ years of experience managing a team of no less than 5 individual contributors.
