FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week

• Perform professional floor care, including:
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Tile and hard-floor care
  • Auto scrubbing
  • Strip & wax
  • Buffing
• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed
• Complete special projects such as:
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Construction clean-ups
  • Tenant move-out cleaning
  • Other specialty cleaning projects
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns
• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment
• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed

• Responsible with company vehicles, keys, and equipment

• Company-Sponsored Health Care After a 90-day waiting period, employees who consistently meet the 40-hour/week eligibility requirement may become eligible for the company-sponsored health care program.
• 401(k) Eligible after 1 year of employment and completion of 1,000 hours worked

• Company Equipment & Vehicles Use company vehicles and professional equipment based on job requirements.
