Role Description The Service Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Dayton, OH. In this role, you will perform steam cleaning services and routine maintenance on equipment and client facilities, ensuring all work meets company standards for safety and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting and troubleshooting cleaning equipment, carrying out repairs, and documenting work performed. The Service Technician will travel to customer locations, communicate clearly with clients about services provided, and support the scheduling and coordination of field service activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills to service cleaning equipment and facility systems.
• Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment and service issues efficiently.
• Experience in Field Service, including working at customer sites and managing on-site tasks.
• Solid Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and address service needs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment used in cleaning and maintenance work.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required and perform physical tasks safely.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel to customer locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in facilities services or related roles is preferred.
