Director of Warehouse Operations

We are currently assisting our client with a Director of Warehouse Operations search in the Dayton, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes and accurate inventory through regular audits.
• Oversee the distribution center's budget, tracking all related expenses.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate shipments and manage inventory.
• Lead the team by conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
• Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with security standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse or distribution management, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to drive operational improvements and efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on performance management.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement effective labor and workforce plans to optimize operational efficiency.
