- Shape the foundation of something big: Play a pivotal role in planning and bringing to life a 200,000 sq. ft. industrial facility.
- Oversee the installation and continued maintenance of building systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, water, sewer, roofing, and production infrastructure. Lead and manage projects associated with the installation of these systems.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and payment terms.
- Ensure the facility complies with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Supervise and coordinate facility staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage facility budget, including maintenance, repairs, and minor capital improvements.
- Monitor utilities, energy use, and operational efficiency to optimize costs.
- Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, or operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Respond to facility emergencies and implement safety protocols as needed.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and support workflow.
