Relate Search has partnered with a growing, innovation-driven manufacturing organization in their search for a Project Manager to play a key role within their Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This individual will lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on supporting major product launches that drive business growth and operational excellence. Reporting to senior PMO leadership, you’ll help shape project management standards, mentor peers, and ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence process improvements and partner with leaders across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

• Lead the planning and execution of moderate to complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful product launches.
• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to secure resources, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and manage key project deliverables including business cases, schedules, budgets, risk logs (RAID), and change management documentation.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance using data and KPIs, proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and providing recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in project management methodology, mentor peers, and help standardize best practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of project management, product management, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, ideally supporting product launches.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Manufacturing experience and PMP certification preferred; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills required.
