Job Overview
As our Property Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the community, including compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance, while assisting in maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities.

Job Location:
Riverside Senior and Riverworks Lofts in Riverside, OH.
Position Type:
Full‑time; on call for resident emergencies.
Pay Range: $47,000/year (transparent pay).
Qualifications- 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Prior experience with YARDI preferred.
- Takes pride and ownership in the optimum performance of the property in areas such as people management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements and information reporting.
- Knows how to operate a computer efficiently.
- Embraces technology, mobile app technology, enjoys continuous improvement.
- Agile and flexible, can work outside standard office hours for residents.
- Has an eye for what attracts a potential resident; maintains property appearance and monitors competition.
- Appreciates budget and guidelines for long‑term affordable housing opportunity.
- Thirsty for knowledge; stays updated on industry and regulatory guidelines.
- Committed to training and coaching the next generation of professionals.
- Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases:
January and July. - Paid every Friday.
- Quarterly performance‑based bonuses tied to KPIs and metrics.
