Position OverviewThe Senior Director of Development will provide strategic leadership and direction to the development department, driving fundraising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. This role requires a mission‑driven leader with excellent communication skills, strong spiritual leadership, and a servant’s attitude who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Management/Administrative experience, including managing/supervising a staff of 5–10.
- Five or more years’ of fundraising leadership experience.
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the development department aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Manage and oversee the departmental budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, campaigns, and donor stewardship.
- Represent the organization through public speaking engagements and community outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize fundraising opportunities.
- Analyze fundraising data and trends to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong spiritual leadership, fostering a culture of service and mission alignment.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Promote a team‑oriented environment, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
