Through hard work, continuous learning, and the support of great leaders, I advanced through the restaurant and eventually became a McDonald's Owner/Operator. Today, I'm proud to lead a team serving the Dayton community and creating opportunities for others to grow.

The Opportunity

As a General Manager, you will lead the daily operations of one of our restaurants while developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members

• Build a positive culture focused on respect, accountability, and growth

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent

• Deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met

• Manage restaurant profitability, staffing, scheduling, and labor performance

• Analyze business results and create action plans to achieve goals

• Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and recognition

• Create an environment where team members can succeed and advance

• Represent the restaurant positively within the local community

• Restaurant management experience preferred
