Bay Mark Health Services, the largest provider of opioid treatment programs in the U.S., is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of treatment centers across Ohio. As a business unit owner, you will directly supervise Treatment Center Directors, ensuring the clinical, financial, and operational success of the region. Your leadership will drive growth, build high‑performing teams, foster compliance, and maintain quality patient care.

• Provides strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Develops and executes strategic plans for the region to achieve financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitors budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to improve results.
• Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations across assigned treatment centers.
• Builds, develops, and holds leadership teams accountable for achieving performance objectives.
• Drives patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Represents Bay Mark in community, legislative, and industry settings to build key relationships.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit findings.
• Oversees human resources activities, staffing, and team member development.
• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining commitment of staff.
• Aligns business objectives to support Bay Mark’s strategic goals.
• Establishes yearly goals and assists departmental managers in establishing annual goals, reviewing progress towards goals quarterly.
• Tracks progress on established success metrics.
• Oversees book of business within the region and identifies market opportunities.
• Partners with National Support staff to drive profitable growth and deliver quality patient care.
• Attracts, coaches, and develops talent to ensure a staff capable of carrying out business strategies.
• Supports a strong performance management culture of accountability by mentoring staff and providing frequent and constructive feedback.
• Contributes to Bay Mark Health Services’ success by developing departmental and individual staff goals, measuring results, rewarding achievement or taking corrective action, as necessary.
• Participates in the company’s annual operating and long‑term strategic planning process.
• Collaborates with the senior leader team to evaluate results, establish a future vision, and develop strategic plans, actions and success metrics.
• Adheres to Bay Mark Health Services’ Standards of Ethical Conduct, displaying ethical behavior in business ethics, legal compliance, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, vendor relationships and reporting of questionable activities.
• Incorporates CQI principles into daily activities focusing on process improvements, patient safety, and premier patient satisfaction.
• Initiates, develops, and supports organizational processes and systems that ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
• Facilitates an environment that promotes team building and collaboration, motivating, encouraging, and empowering staff to achieve personal, team, departmental, and organizational goals, and recognizing accomplishments.
• Mentors leaders and management in career growth and actively cooperates in succession planning at the system level with special emphasis on retaining and recruiting a diverse workforce while supporting diversity initiatives and goals.
• Maintains knowledge and achieves compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, licensure, accreditation requirements, record procedures, and internal controls.
• Participates in developing regional policies, procedures, and directives as requested and communicates appropriately to ensure compliance is achieved.

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Ten (10) years of relevant healthcare management and operations experience (required).
• Experience working in Medication‑Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment (preferred).
