About the Opportunity

The Connor Group is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership for a portfolio of luxury apartment communities in one of our established markets across the country. Must be open to relocation for this opportunity.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high‑impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

  • High level of personal and team accountability.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on management style.
