The Garden Dispensary in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for a licensed adult-use cannabis storefront in a fast-paced, regulated retail setting.
You will enforce DCC regulations, supervise bud tenders, and ensure secure product handling while maintaining exceptional guest experiences for customers 21+. Prior leadership experience in cannabis is preferred and Ohio laws familiarity is required or trainable.
