Location: Dayton, OH (Service Building).
Work Model: Primarily in‑person; occasional weekends/irregular hours as needed.

As a Capital Project Manager , you will independently manage large‑scale transmission, distribution, and infrastructure projects , owning results from planning through construction. This role sits at the core of our PMO and plays a critical role in delivering projects that expand capacity, enhance reliability, and support long‑term system needs.

• Manage multi‑million‑dollar capital projects ($5M–$50M+) with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, cash flows, and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure construction milestones and outages are executed safely and on time.
• Lead procurement planning, scope development, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Track and forecast project costs; provide detailed monthly reporting for PMO and leadership.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support mentoring and development of junior PMs.
• Participate in PMO process improvement and lessons‑learned initiatives.

• 3–7 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
• Utility, infrastructure, or data center experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Oracle P6 strongly desired.
