The Operations Manager – Pain Center is responsible for the overall operational performance of the Pain Center across MVH Main and MVH South locations. In partnership with organizational and physician leadership, this role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, an outstanding patient experience, operational excellence, and achievement of organizational goals.

The Operations Manager – Pain Center is responsible for the overall operational performance of the Pain Center across MVH Main and MVH South locations. In partnership with organizational and physician leadership, this role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, an outstanding patient experience, operational excellence, and achievement of organizational goals.
This position oversees day-to-day clinic and procedural operations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. The Operations Manager is responsible for operational performance, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, workforce planning, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
The Operations Manager serves as the operational liaison between hospital leadership, physician partners, and interdisciplinary teams, driving collaboration to optimize clinical workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational initiatives. This role identifies opportunities for process improvement, supports growth and service expansion, and leads change management efforts that enhance access, quality, and operational performance.
The Operations Manager maintains a visible presence throughout the department, exercises sound professional judgment, participates on organizational committees, and performs other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Preferred experience:

- Valid Ohio State License in Nursing
