Job Description Test and Evaluation Program Lead and Supervisor HII is seeking an experienced T&E professional to lead a team providing technical and analytical support to Department of War (DOW) and Homeland Security (HS) acquisition T&E programs. What do we do? We are seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Program Lead for the Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques Center of Excellence (STAT COE), located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH.

This is a technical leader position on a dynamic team: we integrate and engage with test teams and develop test strategies, rigorous/statistically based test designs, and support analysis of T&E data for complex systems. We are at the forefront of applying advanced statistical techniques to T&E in acquisition programs and are constantly exploring new methodologies. On-site requirement at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence leadership role (1 of three contract supervisors) responsible for all program support. In this role you will:
• Manage all project planning, execution, and personnel supporting 20+ programs
• Develop initial kick-off briefs, oversee daily execution, provide routine status
• Identify and mitigate performance and scope risk
• Apply technical skills to DOW/HS acquisition program T&E problems
• Mentor acquisition program team members
• Manage all program related deliverables
• Provide T&E consulting expertise to acquisition programs and research projects
• Lead development of test strategies, technical test designs, and post-test analysis
• Employ and apply rigorous test design types such as design of experiments (DOE)
• Engage and mentor T&E practitioners in Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques
• Respond to Director tasking in support of Center initiatives
• Conduct strategic planning to manage funding pipelines and staffing
• Identify potential new funding sponsors and manage contact with sponsors
• Create/lead briefings for senior leadership (SES, Flag Officer)
