Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

• Set up and operate complex CNC lathe jobs with minimal supervision
• Perform hard turning operations while holding size and profile tolerances within .0002
• Conduct first‑piece and in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators
• Follow all standard quality procedures for setup, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling
• Edit CNC programs and assist with programming as skill level allows (plus)
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 1–3 years of CNC machining or operation experience

• Ability to hold tight tolerances in a precision machining environment
• Experience performing in‑process and first‑article inspections
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Lean Manufacturing exposure a plus
