We are currently seeking a CNC 50 taper Bridge Mill Operator to join our team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience operating CNC Bridge Mills.
Experience with programming at the machine, Mastercam experience is a plus.

- Set up and operate 50 taper Bridge Mill
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
- 5+ years of experience operating CNC Bridge Mills
- Experience with programming at the machine, Mastercam experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
