• Partner with tooling, production, and quality to assist in the development and support of plant production processes
• Optimize workflow, work utilization, and equipment layout
• Evaluate equipment and tooling to ensure longevity and performance metrics are met
• Assist in capital equipment evaluations and upgrades

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience with metal forming, specifically Welding (MIG) preferred
• Prior experience working in a high‑volume manufacturing facility
