Program editing, loading, running, and full QC check, all independently.;
Set up and run CNC machine (CNC lathe, CNC mill, or 5-axis machine) using good machining, quality, and safety practices.;
Adjust offsets for tools to hold tolerances as low as .0005.;
Setup and use precision measuring equipment such as .0001 indicators, dial or electronic bore gauges, gage blocks, inside and outside micrometer, depth mics, dial calipers, etc.;
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
