CNC Mill Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Our company operates five additional facilities spanning from the Dayton area to West Virginia and Missouri, allowing us to support a wide range of customers and complex manufacturing needs. • Perform complete machine set‑ups
• Operate CNC milling machines efficiently and safely
• Edit and adjust programs as needed to ensure quality and precision
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and workmanship

• Proven experience with CNC milling operations
• Strong ability to perform your own setups
• Confidence editing CNC programs
• Solid blueprint reading skills
• Dependability and willingness to work 45–50 hours per week

• First Shift only (no nights or rotating shifts)
