Join a leading manufacturer in the trucking industry, specializing in precision machining of hubs, rotors, and drums. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our Dayton, Ohio team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, quality‑focused mindset, and hands‑on CNC machining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce hubs, rotors, and drums according to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Maintain adherence to production schedules while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report any machine or tooling issues to supervisors.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Previous CNC machining experience required; experience with automotive or trucking components preferred.
- Strong quality inspection skills and hands‑on experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is a plus.
