Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Technician - 1st or 3rd shift open - $30- $34/hr

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in urethane molding machines.
• Replace faulty equipment, parts, and systems as needed.
• Perform regular cleaning and inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
• Work with mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and motors.
• Handle electrical components including switches, encoders, indicators, and level sensors.
• Understand and manage power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages.
• Operate machines through HMIs with computer literacy.

• Experience in mechanical maintenance from a manufacturing setting.
• 3-5 years of experience in 24v-480v electrical maintenance.
• Ability to operate and reposition robotics.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Possession of own hand tools and toolbox.

• Experience in injection molding or extruding.
• Ability to weld, cut, and grind.
• Experience with plumbing systems.
• Operating license for ACE lifts.
• Understanding of robotic programming.

The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, organized, and well lit. The position is for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
