Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the company's continuous improvement projects. Including coaching and training various departments to identify continuous improvement projects, coaching various departments to make project registration forms and registration management, regularly collect and report the data of each project activity, regularly report the project progress of each department and request the department which didn't hit the target to analyze and improve, and calculate the performance of each project, calculating monthly project income and project member bonuses according to regulations, and organizing "monthly", "quarterly" and "yearly" summary meetings for continuous improvement projects.

Coach and train departments to identify continuous improvement projects.

Coaching various departments to make continuous improvement project registration forms and register management.

Responsible for training the company's middle and senior management staff on lean-related knowledge and assessment,4

Responsible for monitoring the operation of the five-star team activity and formulating correction plans,5

Calculate the income of each continuous improvement project every month, calculate the bonus of project members according to the regulations, submit it to the general manager for approval and then send it to the personnel department for distribution.

Organize the "monthly", "quarterly" and "yearly" summary meeting of the continuous improvement project, and report to the company the results of the continuous improvement project and the deficiencies in the process.

Carry out lean production management knowledge training according to the current situation and the requirements of supervisors8

Complete temporary work assignments assigned by immediate supervisor as required.

IⅤ. Qualification

Job Requirements Language Proficient  in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with colleagues in English and Mandarin respectively

Experience1+ years of manufacturing lean or project management experience

Education

Bachelor degree or above, management major is preferred, those with the same degree, those who hold Lean Management or Lean Lean Six Sigma-related certification are preferred

N/AKnowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, PLEX and other office software

Proficiency in using MS Excel for statistics and analysis of various production data Master the identification and improvement methods of the seven wastes, and master the logical method of problem analysis. Skilled in using "Lean 6 Sigma Project DMAIC Method" or "Toyota Work Method" "QCC" to carry out continuous improvement projects.

Skilled in training and coaching improvement projects

V. Work Environment:
Offices, production sites, where employees are occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and iron-toed work boots.
