Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour + 10% shift differential
Schedule: Nights | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM + OT

Production Line Ready

• Diploma or GED - show you've done the work
• 2+ years of experience
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs and stack product safely
• You're good with your hands and can be "on-the-go" the full shift

Your Day at the Plant
The operator learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory specific to their assigned department. Under the guidance of a Level 3 Trainer or Team Leader, you will develop skills related to machine operation, including safely loading raw materials, unloading finished products, and performing basic deburring. Will be introduced to safety procedures, materials, and machining processes such as drilling, turning, and sawing.

Gain hands-on experience operating lathes and milling machines, follow the sequence of operations on routers, and maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
