Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Precision Fabrication:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on various gauges of sheet metal and heavy plate (up to 1/4" thickness). Will weld galvanized metal.;
Blueprint Translation:
Interpret complex shop drawings and submittal forms to ensure every fitting is built to exact customer specifications. Must be good at fabricating from scratch.;
Airtight Performance:
Execute continuous "long-seam" welds and circumferential welds on spiral and oval ducting, ensuring a leak-proof finish.;
Fit-Up & Jigging:
Use clamps, fixtures, and custom jigs to align components perfectly before welding, maintaining tight dimensional tolerances.;
Post-Weld Finishing:
Clean and grind welds as necessary to meet the high visual standards of industrial and architectural clients.
