- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, or related experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, cylinders, and production equipment
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Ability to work overtime as required
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Injection molding equipment experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting
- Machining experience with lathes, mills, and drill presses
- Maintenance-related certifications
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs
- Maintain conveyor systems, motors, pumps, cylinders, and mechanical components
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and startup activities
- Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication work as needed
- Operate maintenance shop equipment including lathes, mills, and drill presses
- Complete equipment inspections, calibrations, and maintenance documentation
- Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
