Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. As a vital part of the Quality Department, you will support the production process by ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in metal-spun products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the company's mission to deliver excellence.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform in-process and final inspections of metal-spun parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product compliance with quality standards.

+ Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.

+ Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.

+ Support calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control, preferably in metal fabrication or spinning.

+ Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments.

+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
