About the Company
Telemecanique Sensors—the 100‑year‑old sensor‑technology brand of the YAGEO Group—offers a range of industrial sensing solutions. The company seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations at its Kettering (Dayton), Ohio facility.
Key Responsibilities- People & Environment protection, engagement, and efficiency, including maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring the team has the required skill set.
- Customer experience improvement through continuous improvement actions, issue resolution communication, and reducing non‑quality costs.
- Manufacturing cost and cash competitiveness by understanding cost structure, translating actions into P&L savings, managing capacity, and inventory (un‑HS & SS parameters).
- Represent Yageo in the local ecosystem.
- Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a production or supply‑chain manager.
- Experience managing a diverse team that includes manufacturing operators.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dayton, Ohio, United States.
