Manufacturing Associate

• Keep the flow moving - loading, unloading, and sorting products all shift long
• Pick and pack orders so they're right the first time, every time
• Use scanners to track what's in and out (easy to learn, we'll show you)
• Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep up the pace
• Stick to safety rules - your crew depends on it

• Previous grinder experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Knowledge of grinding tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards
