Business Administrator at Empower Manufacturing

Empower Manufacturing is seeking a Business Administrator to join our growing team. This is a new position with the opportunity to grow and develop as the company continues to expand.

The ideal candidate does not need to know every part of the job on day one. We are looking for someone with the right mindset: a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong follow-through, and a support-first approach. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and is willing to find a way when challenges come up.

Work Schedule:
  • 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm.
  • As the position grows, Fridays may be needed at times.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain quality and employee training records
  • Manage hardware inventory and distribution
  • Assist with ISO compliance and documentation requirements
  • Enter and maintain order, inventory, and production information
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and accuracy
  • Process receiving activities and inventory transactions
  • Support purchasing of supplies and materials
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and issues
  • Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices
  • Create and maintain production and rework documentation
  • Prepare reports and maintain business records
  • Support administrative and operational processes as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
