Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aerospace components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Range: $23/hr +
Shift: 3rd Shift
What's the Job?- Follow all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for component production in TT Strap.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and proper product movement.
- Perform all quality inspection requirements diligently.
- Ensure all equipment and materials used are compliant with procedures.
- Participate in process improvements and scrap reduction activities to enhance efficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
- Resume required for review
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with management and co-workers.
- Flexibility to perform various job functions and work overtime when required.
- Understanding of drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills.
