Adecco is actively hiring Manufacturing Associates immediately for our client, KTH, a leading presence in the advanced manufacturing industry located in Saint Paris, OH. What You’ll Do:As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process by taking precise measurements and assembling parts according to detailed client specifications. Your responsibilities will include following verbal and written instructions meticulously, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow on the production floor. This hands‑on role is essential to delivering top‑quality products and supporting the success of our client.
Qualifications:- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the production floor comfortably
- Competitive starting pay of $18.21/hour on 1st shift and $18.71/hour on 2nd shift, with available overtime opportunities
- Weekly paychecks for consistent income
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options, provided through Adecco
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus after 60 days of employment
- Up to 12 paid days off for vacation or personal time
- A small equipment reimbursement of $50 to support your work needs
