We are looking for a Tool & Die Maker | Die Repair Specialist who takes pride in precision, problem solving, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy diagnosing complex tooling issues, rebuilding dies, and working with a team that values quality and innovations, this is the opportunity you have been looking for.
Responsibilities- Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive and forming dies used in precision manufacturing.
- Diagnose tooling issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Perform precision grinding, machining, fitting, and polishing operations.
- Build, modify, and improve tooling to support production and new product launches.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to maximize uptime and quality.
- Recommend process improvements that increase tool life and manufacturing efficiency.
