Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations with energy, precision, and a heavy emphasis on people leadership. • Serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to production employees, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training gaps.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize manpower, machines, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain production by printing and releasing work orders, adjusting schedules for planned absences, and completing orders efficiently to meet on-time delivery expectations.
• Review and analyze production reports through the ERP system to identify issues hindering goals, and monitor processes to implement waste reductions.
• Ensure the production floor is fully operational and compliant with all quality, safety, and QMS policies and procedures.
• Conduct interviews for production support positions, facilitate ongoing training, and assist with employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.

Working hours:

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Continuous Improvement Methodologies:
  Strong background or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Quality Frameworks:
  Understanding of 6 Sigma methodologies.
• Logistics & Warehouse Operations:
  Warehouse experience, including inventory management and forklift operation certification.

• Education:
  
  High School (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience:
  
  4–7 years in production management; 5+ years in manufacturing facility preferred.

• Proven hands‑on experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with strong knowledge of assembly lines and factory operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, tools, forklifts, and power tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, ERP systems, and quality assurance/QMS practices.
