Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on various gauges of sheet metal and heavy plate (up to 1/4" thickness).;
Interpret complex shop drawings and submittal forms to ensure fittings are built to exact customer specifications.;
Fabricate from scratch to build 10-foot diameter industrial systems and complex transitions.;
Execute long-seam and circumferential welds on ducting to ensure a leak-proof finish.;
Use clamps, fixtures, and custom jigs to align components before welding and maintain tight tolerances.
