About the RoleAs a Chemical Technician, you'll manufacture advanced polymer resins and compounds by following detailed production processes, operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality inspections, and maintaining accurate production records. Every batch you produce plays an important role in delivering high‑quality materials to our customers.
This position may be a great fit if you've worked in:
- Chemical processing
- Food or beverage manufacturing

- Paints, coatings, or adhesives
- Any manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and following detailed processes are critical
- Manufacture polymer resins using established production formulas and work instructions
- Operate mixers, reactors, grinders, ovens, and other production equipment
- Perform in‑process and final quality inspections
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
- Accurately document production activities and quality records
- Package, label, and prepare finished materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality, environmental, and safety procedures

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (half‑mask vapor respirator, dust mask, safety glasses or glasses with side shields, chemical splash goggles, steel toe shoes)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- One year of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, chemical processing, or another technical environment
- Experience operating manufacturing or processing equipment
- Experience working in quality‑focused or regulated manufacturing environments
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment
