High school diploma or GED required; machining coursework preferred. 2+ years of experience setting up and running CNC machinery—Haas or Mazak experience a plus. Strong blueprint reading and math skills for precision work. Excellent attention to detail and safety. Must be able to lift (up to) 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Job Duties:

Set up and operate CNC vertical, horizontal, and milling machines Perform CNC programming using G-code and make program edits as needed Utilize Mazak conversational programming (if applicable) Set up jobs including tooling, fixtures, and offsets (touch-offs) Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and specialty gauges Program and setup jobs using CAM software (Edgecam specifically) Ensure parts meet specifications and maintain high-quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes as needed About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
