Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on various gauges of sheet metal and heavy plate (up to 1/4" thickness);
Interpret complex shop drawings and submittal forms to ensure fittings meet specifications;
Weld galvanized metal and conduct continuous "long-seam" and circumferential welds on ducting;
Use clamps, fixtures, and custom jigs to align components before welding;
Finish welds to meet high visual and structural standards
