Press Operator II (Bonding) – Dayton, OH
We are looking for a Press Operator II (Bonding) for our Dayton, OH facility. In this role you will perform daily maintenance including equipment cleaning, making minor adjustments on assigned production equipment as necessary to maintain and enhance production of quality parts in an efficient fashion. Related skills include set‑up for production on the press, job prioritizing and sequencing.

- Perform typical press operations to support the assembly floor.
- Ensure all quality standards are met on all pieces produced.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor/lead or quality.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
- Clock in and out per shift requirements and lunch scheduling.
- Maintain attendance within company guidelines, start work on time, and work assigned schedule including overtime.
- Communicate clearly with all co‑workers and supervisors.
- Work as part of a team.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes.
- Conform to current health, environmental, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
- Commitment to the corporate core values, goals, mission and vision.
- High school graduate or GED or equivalent experience.
- Ability to stand for 9+ hours or more.
- Ability to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and occasionally walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Good dexterity, attention to fine details, and depth perception for hand‑eye coordination.
- Regular lifting and moving of up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50‑100 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access for end‑of‑day reports.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Readiness to perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
