Set up and operate a 5-axis CNC mill, ensuring each job meets required specifications and quality standards;
Perform an average of one complete machine setup per shift, including loading fixtures, tools, and programs;
Perform tool offsets as needed, typically 30 to 50 offsets per day, to maintain dimensional accuracy throughout production runs;
Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part requirements and machining strategies;
Use GD&T to verify and maintain critical dimensions and tolerances
