Crate Washer - 1st Shift

Springfield, OH Pay: $18.00/hour Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Our client, a leading dairy manufacturing company, is seeking a Crate Washer to join their team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the cooler and production areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

• Wash and sanitize milk crates and production containers according to company standards
• Operate crate washing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect crates for cleanliness and report damaged containers
• Transport crates throughout the cooler and production areas as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
