Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Precision Fabrication: weld on various gauges of sheet metal and heavy plate up to 1/4";
Blueprint Translation: read shop drawings to exact specs;
Airtight Performance: long-seam and circumferential welds on ducting;
Fit-Up & Jigging: align components before welding with fixtures;
Post-Weld Finishing: clean and grind welds to high visuals standards
