Manufacturing Engineer | Lincotek Medical | Dayton, OH

Lincotek Medical is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio
.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, optimizing CNC processes, and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing- Optimize and develop CNC machining processes
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality & Customer teams
- Help improve safety, quality, productivity & operational performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of CNC machining / manufacturing engineering experience
- CAD/CAM experience —
Mastercam, Siemens NX, Solid Works or similar - Strong knowledge of CNC programming, GD&T, tooling & fixturing
- Hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement experience
- Automation, robotics, Swiss machining or grinding experience is a plus
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
