Entry-Level Manufacturing Production Worker - Metal Fabrication

FC Industries Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is accepting general applications for hands-on roles in our Manufacturing & Production department. Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production activities in machining, fabrication, stamping, and assembly areas
• Operate or assist with operation of machines and equipment under supervision
• Read and follow basic work instructions, job travelers, and simple blueprints
• Measure and inspect parts using basic hand tools to verify quality
• Safely handle materials, load/unload parts, and stage work for production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Report equipment or quality issues to leads and supervisors promptly
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities to develop skills
