Tool & Die Maker

Enjet Aero, LLC seeks a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support precision aerospace manufacturing of gas turbine engine components. In this role you will build, repair, and maintain complex tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies used in CNC machining and fabrication. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and GD&T, machining and fitting components to tight tolerances, performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies for aerospace component manufacturing
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to machine components to tight tolerances
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, grinders, and related shop equipment
• Fit, assemble, and adjust tooling components to ensure proper function and part quality
• Troubleshoot and correct tooling and die issues impacting production and part accuracy
• Perform preventative maintenance and documentation on tools, dies, and fixtures
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve manufacturability and tooling design
• Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace regulatory requirements and shop procedures
