Experience:

1+ years of Machine Operating experience, hot stamp press experience preferred.

Known for their precision craftsmanship in custom signage, tags, and specialty printed products, our confidential client is seeking a reliable Light Machine Operator. We need a dependable, detail-oriented individual to oversee the production run, ensure top-tier quality control, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Production Oversight:
  Monitor automated light machinery during all production runs.
• Quality Control & Visual Inspection:
  Continuously inspect incoming/outgoing product to ensure the output perfectly matches the project design and color/layout specs.
• Issue Reporting:
  Promptly identify and report any print run errors, alignment issues, machine jams, or output defects to the production manager.
• Sorting & Stacking:
  Offload, sort, and organize finished product to prepare them for final packaging.
• Workstation Safety:
  Keep the surrounding work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in light machine operation, printing/signage production, assembly line, or quality control is a plus.
• High Attention to Detail:
  Keen eye for visual accuracy, layout alignment, and defect detection.
• Reliability & Focus:
  Ability to maintain sharp concentration and quality standards during high-volume, repetitive production runs.
• Communication:
  Clear communication skills to report technical or quality issues immediately.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine light lifting/handling of production stock.
