Marketing and Communications Specialist

A growing service-based organization is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen brand awareness, drive digital engagement, and support recruiting and employee initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and making a meaningful impact on business growth.

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, photography, and project highlights.
• Manage website content, updates, and optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency, marketing materials, and promotional items.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Support internal communications, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong writing, photography, and video content creation skills.
• Familiarity with website content management and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Professional presence and comfort engaging with people in person.
• Trades, construction, or service industry experience is a plus.
